The role emphasizes safety and sanitation, with strict adherence to GMP/HACCP/OSHA. You will document work orders, coordinate with production teams, and support non-standard hours as needed to sustain production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
• 5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably automated food processing.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA familiarity; electrical and control systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance in production areas.
• Document work orders, inspections, and maintenance history.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and cross-functional teams; provide technical assistance.
• Flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.
