Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC is looking for a Food Safety Quality Assurance Senior Technician for the 3rd shift in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will monitor production activities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, provide guidance to FSQA Technicians, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of food manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Previous FSQA Technician experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Support FSQA Supervisor and assist with inspections.
• Conduct routine production audits.
