You will collaborate with production supervisors and cross-functional teams to execute production plans, hit KPIs, and develop plant personnel for sustained performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with responsibility for supervising leaders, teams, and operational performance.
• Strong track record in process-driven manufacturing with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, production reporting systems, and performance management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives while ensuring adherence to operating standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, coach, and hold accountable production supervisors and frontline teams, fostering employee engagement and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements, mitigating production risks, optimizing resource utilization, and improving overall plant performance.
