Job summary

Essenhaus Foods is seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Facilities Technician to oversee and perform maintenance across our food manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment, while managing parts inventory and coordinating with external service providers.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, safety-minded, and ready to take ownership of maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day maintenance needs of the facility.
• Prioritize maintenance tasks based on safety and production needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance area and update records.
• Help develop preventive maintenance schedules and follow them.
• Coordinate with production leadership to minimize downtime.
• Work with management to communicate repair needs clearly.
