Job summary

Chobani seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, facilities, utilities, and operations, reducing downtime and driving peak plant efficiency. You will direct capital engineering design and projects to completion, working with vendors and the maintenance supervisor, with responsibility for safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in food plant maintenance.
• Must be computer literate; experienced with software such as CADD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed equipment.
• SAP experience in production environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate within the maintenance operating budget and monitor expenditures.
• Assist with planning and cost estimates for capital budgets.
• Direct capital engineering design and projects to completion with internal and external resources.
• Ensure environmental permits compliance and oversee building operations.
• Set criteria to assess quality of work by staff and contractors.
• Supervise work through reports, site inspections, and vendor coordination on electrical, HVAC, motors, and controls.
• Investigate facilities conditions and recommend improvements to meet needs.
• Lead projects and facilities administration with cross-functional interaction.
