Job summary

Chobani is looking for a Principal Engineer, Capital Projects to lead major engineering initiatives across its supply chain. You will be responsible for managing budgetary performance and ensuring project compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in manufacturing and process technologies, particularly in Food and Beverage.

This leadership role demands strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to implement engineering solutions that are both innovative and compliant.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Manufacturing and Process Technologies with Food and Beverage experience.
• 7+ years managerial experience over multiple engineering functions.
• Project Management training or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital planning initiatives and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate work between teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
