Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our plant infrastructure, buildings, and utilities safe, reliable, and compliant. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, work on HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, and piping, and support production operations to maximize uptime.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and experience with CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or related environment.
• Experience performing mechanical and electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Experience supporting facility infrastructure and utility systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Experience using CMMS software to document maintenance activities and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and support facility infrastructure, including plumbing, roofing, doors, building systems, and general facility maintenance.
• Repair, install, and maintain facility equipment, tools, and infrastructure systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective maintenance; execute planned and unplanned maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility and utility equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Document failures and partner with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions.
