Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ is hiring for an on-site Electrical/Controls Maintenance role focused on machinery used in food manufacturing. You will maintain documentation, diagnose electrical/control issues, and train Electro-Mechanics across shifts.

The role requires knowledge of electrical/control systems, reading diagrams, and experience with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software. Some offsite travel and compliance with GMP and safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control system design documentation.
• Experience with machine and electrical control system installation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical or control-related issues with electro-mechanics.
• Provide training and coordinate activities of Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
• Perform preventive, scheduled, or corrective maintenance on plant equipment and processes.
• Complete tasks according to GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Occasionally travel to support offsite troubleshooting and repairs.
