Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced technician to maintain electrical and control systems in a food manufacturing environment in New Jersey. You will read schematics, troubleshoot electronics, document work, and support production uptime.

You will coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts, provide training, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process controls, pneumatic/hydraulic components, and networks while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Reading electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control system docs.
• Ability to perform basic/advanced mathematical calculations.
• Experience reading work orders and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical/control issues with mechanics.
• Coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts and provide training.
• Perform preventive, corrective maintenance on process controls and networks.
• Ensure GMP, safety and quality standards are followed.
