Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Electrically focused Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve electrical and control systems in a food manufacturing setting. You will document systems, diagnose issues, and support Electro-Mechanics across shifts.

The role includes offsite support as needed, with emphasis on safety, GMP compliance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime. Strong reading of wiring diagrams and P&ID is required.

Qualifications

• AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems design docs.
• Working knowledge of control system projects, including machine layout and P&ID, basic troubleshooting for Rockwell/Siemens/Mitsubishi.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
• Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing and resolving electrical or control issues.
• Provide training and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts as needed.
• Occasionally support offsite equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform preventive, scheduled, or corrective maintenance on batching and process control systems and associated networks.
