Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Electrical/Control Systems Technician to maintain and enhance machinery in a food manufacturing setting. The role focuses on keeping electrical and control systems documented, diagnosing issues, and supporting mechanics across shifts.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on batching and continuous process controls, networked systems, and power distribution. Compliance with GMP, safety standards, and company procedures is required.

Qualifications

• AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
• Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing electrical or control-related issues.
• Provide training and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across all shifts as needed.
• Perform preventive, scheduled, or corrective maintenance on batching and continuous process control systems, including networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
• Keep accurate work records in accordance with work orders, backlog, and job assignment systems.
