Job summary

Redeemer Health's Drueding Center seeks a compassionate professional to provide trauma-informed services, assist with the Food Pantry operations, and coordinate the Child Care Food Program under the supervision of the Nutrition Advocate and Volunteer Coordinator.

This role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, strong communication, and reliability in supporting vulnerable families and community programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Educational credential described in 3270.31(c) with classroom training completed.
• Two years’ experience working with children.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel; data entry a plus.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and receiving techniques.
• Valid Driver's License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed services aligned with Drueding Center's core principles.
• Assist with Drueding Center's Food Pantry operations.
• Coordinate the Child Care Food Program under the direction of the Nutrition Advocate and Volunteer Coordinator.
