Job summary

The Packer role at C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. supports efficient packaging operations on production lines. You will perform manual packaging, sealing, boxing, palletizing, and use pallet jacks to move materials, while maintaining strict adherence to product specs and ERP data entry.

Qualifications include a HS diploma and 1–2 years in food manufacturing or similar environments, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to perform basic math and use a calculator accurately.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and food safety standards at all times.
• Operate packaging equipment, seal, box, palletize and move products.
• Enter production data into ERP system and monitor product specs.
• Support QA with pH checks and line quality observations.
