The role requires coordinating with food banks, managing deliveries, and ensuring a safe, efficient operation; the position includes a rotating Wednesday evening shift and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with emergency food services or related social services.
• Experience with resource management and budget adherence.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience.
• Valid Minnesota driver's license and insurance, DOT medical card.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations in urban settings.

Responsibilities

• 50% Warehouse operations: manage food inventory, ordering, budget and vendor relationships.
• Oversee staff and volunteers; interview, train and supervise personnel.
• 25% Supervision: enforce policies, time sheets, performance feedback.
• 15% Data management: maintain records and inventory data accuracy.
• 10% Other: cover food market operations and assist as needed.
