Keystone Community Services is looking for a Food Operations Manager to oversee the Community Food Center warehouse in St. Paul, MN.

You will supervise staff and volunteers, manage inventory, and oversee budgeting and safety, with a rotating Wednesday evening shift from 10am to 7pm. The role requires experience in emergency food services or related social services, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Formación

• Prior experience working with emergency food services or related social services.
• Experience with resource management.
• Previous experience managing and/or adhering to a budget.
• A valid Minnesota's Drivers License and insurance.
• Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, comfortable working in an urban setting, experience working with low-income people.
• Good Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work demands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
• Hold a MN DOT Medical Card and Food Manager Certification or be able to obtain within three months of hire

Responsabilidades

• 50% Warehouse operations: Develop and maintain relationships with food banks and other suppliers.
• 50% Warehouse operations: Manage food inventory and ordering and maintain budget.
• 50% Warehouse operations: Coordinate deliveries and community donations and ensure safety.
• 25% Supervision: Hire, train and supervise Warehouse Assistant and Food Rescue Driver.
• 25% Supervision: Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
• 25% Supervision: Train warehouse volunteers and supervise youth employees and interns.
• 15% Data management: Maintain accurate records and data entry of participant records.
• 10% Other: Support food market operations and other agency projects.
