Job summary

Keystone Community Services is seeking a Basic Needs Program Director in Saint Paul, MN. You will provide strategic leadership for SNAP, Emergency Assistance, Mobile Services, and the Food Market/Warehouse, guiding program development and staff supervision to meet community needs.

You will also oversee budgets, fundraising, reporting, and collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring high-quality services and strong partnerships with funders and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading programs and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse groups.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships with community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Basic Needs programs including SNAP, Emergency Assistance, Mobile Services, and Food Market/Warehouse.
• Oversee daily operations, program performance, data collection, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate fundraising, evaluation, and communications for Basic Needs services.
• Prepare utilization reports for funders and management.
• Lead staff performance reviews and professional development.
• Collaborate with VP of Programs & Impact on grants and budgets.
