Job summary

Keystone seeks a Food Operations Manager to lead the Community Food Center warehouse operations in St. Paul, MN, supervising staff and volunteers, managing inventory, budgeting, and food ordering while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with food banks and community partners, maintain accurate records, and support program activities. A rotating Wednesday evening shift is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with emergency food services or related social services.
• Experience with resource management and budgeting.
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License and insurance; forklift/pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations and work in an urban setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Manage food ordering, inventory tracking, and budgeting within set expense limits.
• Coordinate deliveries, donor relations, and community partnerships.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and report facilities needs.
• Assist with data entry and reporting related to program activities.
