Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret rules, regulations and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with clients/applicants, the public, and public officials to obtain data and explain rules.
• Instruct and evaluate the work of lower level employees.

Responsibilities

• Register and/or process Food and Nutrition Services applications into the NC FAST system.
• Complete third party verifications and communications with applicants.
• Determine eligibility and process applications in NC FAST; perform application registration.
