Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation's South Side Help Centers in Chicago seeks a Food Nutrition Program Manager to oversee the Food Bank and Home Delivered Meals, supervise staff, and manage ordering and inventory.

You will develop client intake and nutrition protocols, enforce eligibility guidelines, collaborate with a licensed dietician, and ensure timely home deliveries and accurate data to support health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations by supervising staff, coordinating with vendors and community partners, and managing food ordering and inventory.
• Develop client intake and nutrition protocols, enforce Ryan White Services eligibility verification guidelines, and monitor program outcomes and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the licensed dietician to assist clients with SmartChoice food selections, prepare orders for pick-up or home delivery, and provide nutrition education sessions.
