Brief Description of Position: The Store Room Service Delivery position is responsible for proper receiving, inventory, stocking, rotating, and scanning all food product items in the materials dept.

Description of Job Duties

• Responsible for preparing all food requisitions from materials and delivering to Food Logistics Dept.
• Must receive, properly date, rotate, and store products in designated areas according to FIFO.
• Decant product following FIFO practices.
• Breakdown cardboard and following recycling process.
• Maintains sanitation standards.
• Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English and possess basic math skills.
• Must apply effective Food Hygiene practices.
• Must apply safety and sanitations standards.
• Must have ability to apply safety and sanitation standards, work around moving parts & wet floors.
• Ability to walk, stoop, bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours a day as required.
• Ability to use pallet jack, climb stairs, and handle equipment with fingers and hands.
• Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to work in extremely cold temperatures for up to 8 hours or more with appropriate insulated clothing.
• Ability to push/pull 75 lbs. daily as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
