Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Packer in Boise, ID to help keep production lines running efficiently and ensure products meet packaging specifications. The role includes rotations through packaging, sealing, boxing and palletizing, operating pallet jacks, and entering data into the ERP system.

Candidate should have 1–2 years in food manufacturing with a focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork to maintain productivity while adhering to SQF, GMP, HACCP and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Grade School level; High School Diploma/ GED a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery equipment.
• 1-2 years’ experience following work task specifications, SOP’s, recipes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production lines and meet packaging specifications.
• Rotate among packaging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing tasks as needed.
• Enter production data into ERP and monitor line performance.
• Adhere to SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA standards and safety policies.
