Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support maintenance, production, and operations by managing parts, tools, and supplies. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, documentation, and safe material handling in a food manufacturing environment.

You will perform receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and reporting to ensure efficient material flow and compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience in a parts room, stockroom, or warehouse within food, beverage, or manufacturing environment required.
• Strong clerical and computer skills; experience with inventory systems, CMMS, or ERP software preferred (D365).
• Proficiency in English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of inventory control, asset management and GMP-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely service to maintenance, production, and operations by issuing parts, tools, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, classify, store, rotate, issue, and distribute MRO parts and materials.
• Maintain perpetual inventory using computerized systems and barcode technology.
• Assist in cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare requisitions and documentation for stock replacement and vendor procurement.
• Stage and assemble work orders and kits for maintenance activities.
• Identify surplus, obsolete, damaged, or nonconforming materials and report accordingly.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with GMP standards.
