Job summary

NASCAR SpeedPark Smoky Mountains is seeking a dedicated kitchen teammate to provide a high‑quality dining experience by preparing food safely and efficiently. You will support kitchen operations and maintain a clean, organized environment while following all food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and team‑focused demeanor while interacting with team members
• Support overall park operations by maintaining awareness of service flow and kitchen needs
• Communicate operational or safety concerns to leadership as appropriate
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Prepare food in accordance with recipes, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements
• Cook food to order, plate meals accurately, and ensure quality and presentation standards are met

• Restock food, ingredients, and supplies to support daily operations
