Job summary

Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, Delaware, is seeking a Program Manager for the Food Is Medicine initiative. You will lead organizational coordination, workforce development, and data-driven implementation across partner organizations to ensure grant milestones are met.

The role requires strategic oversight, collaboration with clinical and community partners, and detailed reporting to sustain program impact and future funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, Nutrition/Food Science, Community Health, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required; or an Associate degree with related experience.
• Five or more years managing nutrition programs, healthcare, public health, or grant-funded programs.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with healthcare organizations and partners.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, contracts, deliverables, and program reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience facilitating meetings and presenting information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day implementation, coordination, and oversight of the Food Is Medicine initiative.
• Develop and monitor project workplans, schedules, milestones, risk plans, dashboards.
• Coordinate activities among Beebe Healthcare, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on technology infrastructure, payment strategies, workforce development, and reporting.
• Oversee Year 1 infrastructure and Year 2 pilot planning.
• Lead sustainability planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate certification programs and workforce development activities.
• Support data collection, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports per grant requirements.
