Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in food ingredients manufacturing or CPG industries strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of order management and customer service processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, tracking, and customer follow-up.
• Manage customer communications, issue resolution and escalation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Quality Assurance, Planning, Logistics and Finance.
• Support new product launches and onboarding of customers.
