Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in related field preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant warehouse ops experience (shipping/receiving, order fulfillment); food/beverage production experience preferred.
• NetSuite experience preferred; experience with similar ERP systems considered.
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams with strong leadership to motivate and develop employees.
• Math skills and ability to complete detailed paperwork accurately.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, forklift operation, and shipping/receiving tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to give clear instructions and feedback.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain positive relationships with peers and management.
• Discretion with sensitive information; uphold food safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to GMPs, food safety standards, warehouse procedures, and safety requirements.
• Review daily workload and shipping/receiving requirements at shift start; assign work and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, inventory movements, staging, loading/unloading, and cycle counts.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and adherence to schedules; address discrepancies per procedures.
• Lead, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to warehouse staff on performance and safety.
• Train new and existing employees on processes, equipment, safety procedures, GMPs, and standards.
• Oversee accurate completion of shipping/receiving records and inventory transactions.
• Monitor inventory accuracy; investigate discrepancies; document movements and adjustments.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and 3PLs; maintain internal communication.
• Foster safety, accountability, and teamwork; promote organized and compliant warehouse operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with management and cross-functional teams.
• Perform additional duties as needed and attend mandatory meetings.
