Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Buena Park, CA is seeking an experienced Dry Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of seven or more employees, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operations in a multi-temperature environment.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping, coach staff, maintain inventory accuracy, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store distribution.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership experience.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, and FIFO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff for performance, accuracy, safety, and quality.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and supervise cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure FIFO procedures and proper labeling, packing, and staging for distribution.
