Job summary

Pressed Juicery in Dinuba, CA is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure GMP compliance, and support a positive safety culture.

You will train staff, monitor sanitation, and coordinate production schedules while upholding food safety standards and company values.

This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-growing wellness brand with opportunities for development and career-pathing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in cold temperatures and wet conditions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Follow all GMPs, Safety requirements as required by Pressed Juicery and regulatory agencies.
• At shift start, review production schedule and assign work to staff.
• Monitor breaks and lunches.
• Verify all paperwork is filled and accurate daily.
• Train incoming personnel and ensure routine training is taking place.
• Maintain a safe environment and support a safety culture.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping of the facility and equipment.
• Perform all duties as assigned.
