Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant environment preferred (expeditor or similar role).
• Able to communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Fast-paced, high-pressure environment familiarity.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of basic food safety standards and kitchen operations.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Inspect each dish for accuracy, presentation, and portion size before it leaves the kitchen.
• Prioritize tickets/orders and keep track of multiple tables/orders at once.
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained during handling and plating.
• Communicate with servers about any changes, delays, or special requests.
• Assist with garnishing and final touches on dishes when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station
