Hudson House in Dallas, TX seeks an Expo (Food Expeditor) to coordinate between kitchen and dining room, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and presentation of dishes.

You will communicate with chefs and service staff, call tickets, and assist with beverage running as needed, contributing to a polished, guest-focused dining experience in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 18+ and a positive attitude with a commitment to safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented and punctual with a reliable work ethic.
• Positive, respectful, professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• TABC Certification, as required.
• Certified for food and alcohol service as required by State and Local Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line, kitchen pass, and service areas.
• Ensure dishes are complete, accurate, and presented to standard before leaving the kitchen.
• Coordinate with chefs and service staff for timely and efficient food delivery.
• Call tickets clearly and manage order flow to pace service.
• Run food to guest tables and assist with beverages as needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Support servers, bartenders, and hosts for smooth dining room operations.
• Reset and clean expo area during and after service.
• Perform additional duties to support the team and guest experience.
