In this role you’ll verify tickets, manage timing, handle allergies with a manager’s involvement when needed, portion prep items, set up and break down stations, maintain cleanliness, and prepare chips and dips to order. Join a fast-paced, fun team.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification.
• Certification must be obtained by your first day or per location timeline.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify tickets to food orders and ensure all dishes meet Torchy's quality standards.
• Record and communicate ticket times to keep kitchen and service flowing.
• Involve a manager for allergies or complicated tickets to ensure guest safety.
• Portion salsas and prep items; label, date, and store properly.
