A Typical Shift

You’ll start by setting up your expo area: gather garnishes and condiments, stock plates, and get your station ready so you can stay organized once tickets start rolling in. As the weekend morning pace builds, you’ll keep an eye on the screen, tray completed dishes, and help room service orders leave the kitchen quickly and neatly. Between pushes, you reset and keep your workspace clean so the team can stay efficient. Near close, you handle wrap-up: retrieve room service trays from guest floors, restock bread and condiments, and leave the line ready for the next shift—finishing strong, on time, and punctual.
