Job summary

Walmart Hastings is seeking an experienced leader to build and coach high-performing teams, drive store performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage budgeting, planograms, and operations while guiding associates through change and training initiatives.

The role emphasizes a culture of belonging, integrity, and community engagement, with a focus on EDLP principles and continuous improvement across store operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearm-related checks may apply where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Drive store performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and lead community outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
