Job summary

Walmart Palmetto store seeks a capable leader to guide teams, drive customer-centric operations, and manage store performance. You will hire, train, mentor, and supervise associates, ensuring exemplary service while achieving efficiency in merchandising, inventory flow and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and actively listening to associates, providing feedback and implementing business solutions.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Supervises hourly associates, sets clear expectations, provides recognition and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies, supports ethics, integrity and the Open Door Policy in executing business processes.
