Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for certain locations.
• Attending and completing all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL (P&L), budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards using Walmart's OBW service model and resolve customer issues.
• Build high-performing teams, hire and mentor associates, promote belonging and staffing growth.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drive continuous improvement.
