• Associates will attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred: BS in Business Management & Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Manages store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and expenses.
• Drives sales performance and analyzes PL for designated store area.
• Oversees hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
