Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Acknowledge firearms CBC and Firearms Training where applicable.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; leadership credential.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Models customer service standards via the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Drives store financials by reviewing PL statements and budgeting; leads inventory and operations.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door Policy; promotes belonging and integrity.
