Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by training, coaching, and providing feedback.
• Model exceptional customer service and uphold Walmart's One Best Way.
• Monitor financial performance and assist budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
• Provide staffing, training, and development opportunities for hourly associates.
