Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC etc. not applicable here.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback and engagement; foster a belonging mindset.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and customer service excellence to meet sales goals.
• Hire, train, mentor and evaluate hourly associates; set clear expectations and recognize performance.
