Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledge CBC and Firearms Training requirements.
• Associates will attend all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by coaching and feedback; communicate store goals and initiatives.
• Drive store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and OBW service model are consistently applied.
• Support talent by hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associates.
• Coordinate actions with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
