Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, and experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively through training and feedback.
• Drives store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved with high-quality service.
• Coordinate operations, merchandising, inventory flow and store initiatives.
