Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
• Drive store operations, merchandising, and customer service to meet sales and profit goals.
• Implement business solutions and communicate objectives to teams effectively.
