Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, provide coaching and feedback to associates.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
• Review financials, budgeting, and expense control for the store area.
• Hire, train, and mentor associates; promote belonging in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door guidance.

Education

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
