Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Attending required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and providing feedback across store operations.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports community outreach initiatives.
• Manages PL/financial performance, budgets, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensures compliant operations with company policies and Open Door guidance.
• Recruits and develops associates to meet staffing needs and growth goals.
