Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms: successful completion of CBC and Firearms Training may be required where applicable.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; leadership of 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teach training, and actively listen to associates to drive store operations.
• Ensure customer service excellence by modeling and enacting Walmart's One Best Way service standard.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervise hourly associates, set expectations, recognize performance, and promote a sense of belonging.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs; promote continuous learning.
