Walmart in Thomaston, GA is seeking a Store Leader to develop teams, manage store operations, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will hire, train, and mentor associates, set clear expectations, and implement business initiatives aligned with company direction.

The role focuses on leadership, budgeting, and process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience and sustained growth in the local market.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance: review PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues using OBW service model.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow and shrink control.
• Recruit, train, and mentor associates; assign duties and promote a belonging mindset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
