Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, completion of firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties with clear expectations.
• Drives store performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a culture of inclusion.
