Job summary

Walmart in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking a store leadership role. You will lead and develop associates, coach teams, and ensure outstanding customer service by applying the One Best Way (OBW) service model across daily store operations.

You will manage store performance, budgeting, merchandising, inventory, and process improvements while supporting company initiatives and community programs, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications include 2 years of college or equivalent, or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years of general work experience with supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications include a BS in Business Management & Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, and leadership experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop store teams through teaching, feedback, and open communication.
Uphold customer service standards using Walmart's OBW service model.
Oversee store operations including budgeting, merchandising, inventory, and expense control.
Drive sales performance and implement action plans to meet profit goals.
Coordinate plans, measure progress, and promote continuous learning and improvements.
