Job summary

Vitality Bowls in Boulder is seeking team members to greet guests, explain health benefits of ingredients, and deliver fast, friendly service. You will memorize training materials, ring up orders, answer phones, and maintain a clean front lobby and dining area.

You'll follow recipes, assist in food preparation, stock supplies, and communicate with managers to coordinate schedules. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a basic computer and POS system.
• Handle cash and credit cards.
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Stand for long periods; lift heavy boxes; move quickly; have a sense of urgency.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance.
• Come to work with a positive attitude and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Explain health benefits of ingredients to customers.
• Keep front lobby and outside area clean.
• Provide excellent customer service and inform wait times.
• Answer phones and take orders.
• Follow recipes and prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Prep food per procedures.
• Clean kitchen and lobby thoroughly.
• Stock and rotate food; organize deliveries.
• Washing dishes and put away.
• Communicate with coworkers and managers to ensure timely orders.
• Carry out food to customers.
• Assist with schedule communication with managers.
• Show up on time and take breaks appropriately.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Perform additional tasks requested by your manager.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Track food quality.
• Pitch in and work as a team.
