Walter Hall Golf Course, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Team Member (Beverage Cart Driver) in Everett, WA. The role is seasonal for six months, offering $20.77–$22.00 per hour plus tips. You will drive the beverage cart, stock supplies, operate the POS system, and ensure top-notch guest service.

Qualified applicants must be 21+, able to lift 20 lbs, and obtain a Class 12 MAST permit and Food Handlers permit. High school diploma or GED is required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation

$20.77 – $22.00 per hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
• Always maintain a professional appearance
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Operate point of sale system, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to ensure the best customer service.
• Inspects the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front‑of‑the‑house employees
• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
• Demonstrating responsible cash‑handling skills
• Prepares, cooks, and serves food menu options. Prior cooking experience is not required
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Maintaining a clean kitchen environment, including cleaning of fryer and flattop
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.

The applicant must be ablet to lift 20lbs.

The applicant must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 MAST permit and Food Handlers permit.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required
